Ahh the perfect mix of pyromania and crappy writing. It's a shame the comic didn't spontaneously combust from the shear heat of your rage.
Best way to kick start that rage; you're speech about Superman kicking arse as a super hero, juxtaposed with shots from Smallville… Trust me that's painful, as you zero in on the greatest problem with that show almost by accident.
But this isn't about that pile of fetid crap, this is the 90's Kamandi series. Oh boy. The continuity of this mess is almost as up the spout as Spiderman's clone saga. To make things worse this comic is almost concentrated 90's. The art, the scripting, the whole sorry story is so impressively 90's it hurts. Physically hurts.
A crappy comic, and an alright review. Looking forward to the future for some reason though...
Thomas
PS You really better get that glitch seen to, I think you might need to re-render your credit sequence
Just watched on blip. Great episode. Loved the I AM A MAN punch at the end. Im pretty sure you broke a dimensional barrier there. Also, small question: What did you think of Superman: Secret Origin? Or specifically the beginning when he found out the truth as a kid. I agree that Supes should not be as angsty as Batman since he is hope incarnate. The only time he should be even a little angsty is when he feels he is not doing enough with his power, or, in my opinion, when he wants to know about his heritage as kryptonian. If I may refer to an outside source, Pendant Audio Productions, which does radio shows of DC heroes and I highly recommend it, did have a period when Supes was being a bit angsty after accidentally killing Luthor, who had usurped the power of Ares and went nuts. The reason he was angsty was he felt scared of himself and his power after losing control of his power and breaking his oath unintentionally. He is better now and still married to Lois in the series, and has a baby girl with her named Lara (its non-canon). Check it out if you want some good stories, including Superman going back in time to the week of the destruction of Krypton and meeting his family and Zod. This wasn't that bad a comic but I admit I wouldn't even think of Kamandi for a post-apocalyptic future setting. Especially after he did jack squat in Final Crisis.
to August M. I am. I was unsure but since DC has announced that JSA is returning soon and Geoff Johns is writing Aquaman and I am interested in Sinestro as the GL main character. And Im checking out Action Comics and Supes. Im unsure but hoping it will good. And Dan Didio is fired soon like Quesada.
Honestly, I never knew you didn't burn At Earth's End originally. Well, kudos to burning it for real this time. :)
...Wait, long haired guy spouting needless exposition and talking to something he calls Mother but is clearly NOT his mother?...That's not Kamandi, that's Sephiroth!!!
Okay, these messages are definitely ranking a 9.0 on my Weird-Shit-O-Meter...O_O
Good review. Not sure what to say about it. The only reason I commented at all was to say that I agree. That 'glitch' needs to go. Perhaps in February?
Do the Bio-mech-chicken-7-thousands have anything to do with the DC universe? Are they a creation of Cadmus, a mad scientist, Luthor, the guys that made the twin Hitlers, aliens? They just seem like boring antagonists if they have names like Ben Boxer instead of something like Bio-mech #357 (that would make them seem more machine that human and would make them believable).
"I've already won the game." ... What does it mean? First, the previous review had a glitch in the ending with the words "You've seen my bones before.", and now... that word. What does it mean? And where is Harvey Finevoice? You better get these glitches analyzed by Pollo right away, Dude... I have a Bad feeling about this.
Is the ‘can you see me’ screen, that lasts for one frame, meant to be the Entity testing us or is it just you seeing how many of your fans are actually as sad as me and willing to repeat the same few seconds until they can pause it at the right moment?
"to August M. I am. I was unsure but since DC has announced that JSA is returning soon and Geoff Johns is writing Aquaman and I am interested in Sinestro as the GL main character. Wait, Quesada was fired? REJOICE! Now One More Day will be retconned out of existence!
I see that Mother is built on the same platform as GLaDOS, with her access to deadly neurotoxin, her willingness to flood the bunker with deadly neurotoxin.
Archiving every episode of Law&Order ever made is a worthy pursuit. Unless it's the Reasons To Fire Elliot Stabler Show.
Is Mom actually Friend Computer? From Paranoia? (Considering the stuff it does later in the comic, I think it is. It's just one "you're not cleared for that, citizen" or "Commie Mutant Traitors" from certainty.)
Eh, Carol's got a point. You manage to look more nude when exposed but wearing clothes.
I'm still not sure I even understand the comic. Did the hero (totally forgot his name, he's a character I'm only a tad bit aware of) ever even find the guy who destroyed the earth? Maybe I missed it, but I have a feeling the comic just stopped instead of ended.
By the way, I've been wondering this for a while. In your intro whenn you grab your coat, what is that hammer thing above the shirts in the closet? Is it a Power Rangers toy or something?
"Best way to kick start that rage; you're speech about Superman kicking arse as a super hero, juxtaposed with shots from Smallville… Trust me that's painful, as you zero in on the greatest problem with that show almost by accident."
Wait, what? I only saw panels from comics I couldn't identify in that part of the rant. I didn't see any Smallville clips...
One of these times where you burn a comic on screen, you need to consider taking a flamethrower (Or a flammable spray with a extended lighter in front of it) to it. Just saying. Oh the cliche's. I think this might be your best episode yet. ...Did you hit the entity there?
Man, what's with semi-apocalyptic/cyberpunkish futures and Canada's military buildup?
. . .
Did Veitch even know anything about Kamandi? . . . I get the feeling that Dark Empire (the first one) was the only thing of his that was actually good. Light and Darkness War did not age badly, and his independent comics are . . . rather forgettable . . . he's responsible for running Animal Man into the ground after Morrison . . . man, Veitch. Just, man.
Great review Linkara, but the glitches at the end have had me thinking:
"I've already won the game"
I'm starting to think MissingNo. (from Pokemon Red/Blue) is the Entity, the hints to it are everywhere:
"Beneath the seas, besides the flame, Off the coast where the lost beast came."
MissingNo is found off the coast of Cinnibar Island, the Fire Gym is right next to it.
"The number of the Beast is lost"
This hints at MissingNos name, "Missing Number"
"The bones from hell you cannot tame"
Referring to the Aerodactyl and Kabutops skeletons
"Devour your life and all your fame"
MissingNo glitches the Hall of Fame and screws everything up
"And all while you're reminiscing."
MissingNo's ability to duplicate the 6th item in your bag.
"You've seen my bones before."
Another reference to the Aerodactyl/Kabutops skeletons, not to mention that way back in the "Dark Knight Strikes Again Issue #2" review, Linkara makes a joke about MissingNo.
Not to mention that Lord Vyce reffered to the Entity as "a glitch in reality", I'm starting to get suspicious over these glitches...
Overall, a wonderful review, not your best one, but definitly excellent.
I find it somewhat funny that such a crappy comic would be made of inflammable materials, its almost like the printer knew what it was making and wanted readers to suffer. Nice build up with the Entity by the way.
To harmonicajay- The one I'm definitely can't wait for is Batgirl. Babs(My favorite female hero) back in the cowl and Gail Simone writing it? SOLD!!! The one thing I'm disappointed at is that there will be no new Captain Marvel comic anytime soon. Any ways, any word on Power Girl? Will she be back or is she the new Supergirl(I assume this because the synopses for issue 1-3 sound very Power Girl-ish.)
Looks like those "glitches" are becoming more common. You might want to get that checked out. I'm sure you will soon.
By the way, the Buffy Universe's version of Earth sometimes has bi-weekly near apocalypses (especially on Tuesdays) and May is designated as apocalypse season.
Still, I think this comic series has two actual successful ends of the world.
Anyhow, great episode today, I really enjoyed the followup to Superman At Earth's End, right down to the burning. Best. Intro. Ever. And that's saying a LOT, considering how many great opening gags you've had in the past!
So, about that reboot... Can we expect a follow-up on the state of DC in a few months?
I find it hilarious that Kamandi's outfit looks a lot like Longshot from the X-men. Also did you notice how large his feet were in the comic? Every time I saw them they look like Bigfoot had given him a loan.
Kamandi on the cover looks like Longshot meets Cable on the cover. Power came back on just in time for a new episode which came on while I was reading the Doctor Who annual by sunlight. :) I love the pot shots at DC Reboot. I hate it too. Great line from this past weeks action lois says that it was Martha and Jonthan who made Clark Superman. Take that Grant Morrison you're dumb angst, mean, emo superman. Back to the comic thankfully the Batman: Brave and Bold cartoons appearances of Kamandi are way better then this.
Thought for sure there would have been an Insano joke about "the man who cased this is living in Arizona" Oh well.
Really, I wonder if this story interacts with the Superman one at all, since in the Superman one, there is no Kamandi. Ever. Not even a name drop or anything.
"If it wasn't for Fixer, Mother and Carol, I wouldn't have anybody!" Well BOO FREAKING HOO, you muscle-bound overly-competent freak!
Seriously. We're supposed to relate with this dude as having serious life problems that he was to deal with every day?
I don't know about everyone else here, but I'm only seeing him as a lucky bastard with a spoiled life who's just acting melodramatic most of the time. And for some odd reason, various characters around him seem to be feeding into this kind of behavior.
As far as I can tell, the guy can easily survive anything thrown at him and he can get and achieve whatever he wants without any problems. So, what the f***?
Btw, as a Canadian, I would just like to say that we are NOWHERE NEAR capable of invading America. Much as I love my country, in all likelihood y'all would kick our asses. lol
As for the glitch, well...I think at this point we might want to HOPE it's the entity. The alternative is another added problem, Like the ships AI going wonky, or the return of another non-biological opponent.
I love that you used shots of Superman: For All Seasons and All-Star Superman while describing what makes Superman great. These are easily two of my very favorite Superman tales.
You really need to deal with your Entity problem...now...before it screws you any further.
Regardless, somehow I just saw Kamandi as David Lee Roth whenever I saw him, particularly when he was with "Carol". Why a whiny David Lee Roth would save the world...well, I guess they creator had seen too many solo and early Van Halen videos. Personally sort of do want to see the storyline complete itself mostly to see how it links to the insanity of "Superman at Earth's End"...that and somehow I just wonder how the heck he would listen to Nickelback considering...you know, US/Canada war.
Amusing intro. I haven't laughed that hard for a while.
As for Kamandi, why not create it? It might not have an established link with other heroes but what's wrong with a new series focused less on improbably dressed vigilantes? For a time soap opera comics were more popular than heroes.
Besides that it looks like you've got a glitch around 24:00. There have been a few of those lately, are you feeling alright?
I'm somewhat ready for the reboot. Flashpoint so far has been eh, but atleast they gave a plausible reason for why some things will change, but others won't. I plan on picking up most of the GL books (especially Red Lanterns), Frankenstein, and some of the other series. One other thing is that the removal of the Clark/Lois being married doesn't bother me as much as One More Day. Mostly because unlike OMD this is meant to be a reboot, so likely we will be seeing the courtship start anew. Especially since Flashpoint seems to imply that Superman, and Lois' love for each other is an unchanging factor in that universe.
Man, my computer hates Blip. I lost count of how many times I had to re-load the page before I could see the whole video (and by proxy almost know the beginning of the video (before the theme song) by heart).
Anyways, Kamandi talking to Mother made me think of Orion and Mother Box. It doesn't seem lie a coincidence, since Kamandi and Orion are both Kirby creations.
This is a 2 parter!? I knew of thisz comic excisting because of my copy of Superman at Earth's End stated it was a sequal to this, but I didn't know this was longer than a one shot!
Of course our only surviving human heroe of the story is addicted to internet porn... why the hell not!?
I've read a lot of these alternate future themed Elseworlds titles from DC(I bought like 12-15 of them off eBay for like a dollar a piece) and they all have a glaring problem to me and that is that the DC universe is more exspanded than just Earth by itself. So a story about Earth being destoried in away like this and there are no more superheroes makes no since to me since I'm sure sertin non-Earth based heroes and groups could and would some how et involved like the Green Lantern Corp. as it's their job, Dark Sied as he's been trying to get Earth for years, Warwold as they've been wanting Earth for years too, ect.
I got 2 comics that are messed up Elseworlds titles I'd like to see you review someday, Linkara. Elseworlds Annuals The Adventures of Superman #6 and Elseworlds Annuals Superboy #1. It's a lot like this story with the whole post-apoculyptic future thing just here it's an evil alien invashion with all the cyberpunk and 90s cheese we know all so well.
Also, another Elseworlds Title I'd like to see you wrip a new one is Superman/Wonder Woman Whom Gods Destroy just because I've read thew it twice now and I'm stll utterly confused as to what the hell happened in it. I know what happened but the story was really really wierd and hard to get what the point was!
Sorry for another overly long comment. Keep up the good work! :D
Yay!! New burning footage that looks EXCELLENT!! Time to update the theme song's burning footage again! That jump cut in the current burning shot has annoyed me since it appeared. Now it can be replaced finally! :D
Also, your joke execution has gotten excellent recently. I must have laughed for a good minute at 90s Kid simply saying "Dude?!". XD
I'm guessing it was gloss paper, that's why it wouldn't burn =p Or maybe....naaah, the Entity can't be THAT petty, right?
So, been catching up (sorry), and is it bad 90s Kid is rapidly becoming one of my favorite side-characters now?
This whole review was great, I can't pick out my favorite part, really. That being said, you gotta check your blip files. Some of the later videos seem to be off, like a piece of them went missing...
I think Masterge77 is on to something... hmm, a "pokemon" so famous, so mysterious, it has broken the bonds of its own reality and begun to glitch other realities into states of unplayability, unlivability.
Okay, what is it with revenging the Apocalypse that would appeal to anyone? Both this and the Resident Evil movie sequels have it, and frankly, I don't see it. I mean, if humanity or civilization is on it's way out or facing an extreme uphill battle, what does killing the ones who cause it accomplish? It's a hollow victory because they where gonna die, and the protagonist is gonna die, and this does not really "help" anything. It's a little stupid, but I guess in this story it's justified by Mother probably being evil or something.
Ehh, it's bad, but I got to say, compared to some origin stories I've seen on this show, it's not the worse 1st issue. I was thinking about Fallout as I watched this review.
"I've already won the game." Hm.... Originally thought that the glitches were just nothing, but I see now...
Great review. Loved the callback to the ending of the awesome Superman at Earth's End review (one of my favorite episodes), even though it wasn't the real comic to begin with. That bit was both funny and awesome.
I'm actually glad that you're looking into Kamandi at Earth's End, the series that would lead to the hated Superman at Earth's End, still the worst Superman story EVER! I can't wait to see the other issues.
BTW, what comic did you burn instead?
P.S.: What happened in the end? Did you punch the Entity, whatever that turns out to be? I think you need to prepare for the worst . . .
Erm damn Fallout Started to Flash out in my head during this Post Apocalyptic, Super Mutants, Helicopter (Vertibird), His yellow and blue jacket, The Bunker getting opined to early... On the other hand Fallout has a grate many story-lines and a lot of thins that are General in Post Apocalyptic tails like Super Mutants and the Over powered group that survived the End.
I disagree about Superman being the most human superhero.
He does have humanity to him but his humanity is a type that doesn't exist anymore. he is just dated.
He is too perfect regardless of what others say and saying that he's the most human is unfair seeing as in this day and age no Human has the a right to be perfect
Okay, i'm one of the few who seems to actually like some aspects of 90s art, mostly due to Transformers Generation 2, but even I have problems with the stuff here. What in hell was up with Kamandi's legs? Seriously, it looked like they'd been stripped of all muscle and he was wearing tights.
I did enjoy watching you repeatedly attempt to set Superman at Earth's End on fire by the way. Proving that there are some comics so bad they'll resist flamethrowers. Not to mention the rest of the review which rightly tore this monstrosity to bits.
I don't really feel aerodactyl or kabutops are all that related to MissingNo., but the evidence is still firm. I'm kind of expecting a Khangiskhan (SP) reference now (since, IIRC, that's what MissingNo. evolves into upon leveling) XD.
In other news, is it wrong that I LAUGHED at the "Can you see me?" message?
Ahh, just did a little research (more to check if I was remembering right on the khangis-khan thing. Turns out I was close, but not quite on the mark) and figured out what aerodactyle/kabutops has to do with MissingNo. Never mind that part of my previous post XD.
Was only familiar with the "normal" form up till now XD.
... Oh, right, there was a comic review in this video, wasn't there?
Having not read the comic, one thing I did find interesting from this review was his childish personality. If he grew up in a bubble with so few people as to have a computer as his mother he would have no reason to act mature. That's just my take on it.
So, modern writers in the superhero genre like trying to write about Superman's angst, huh? To my way of thinking, Superman has always been pretty much like you described him, which means that Superman and angst go together in much the same way as me and physical fitness. Admittedly, my lifestyle choices tend to be nothing if not unhealthy, but all the same, my level of physical fitness may actually be higher than a lot of people realize. At the same time, I'm sure Superman has angst about a lot of the things people suggest, I've always seen him as a character who considers Earth the only home he's ever known in spite of not being from there and can be relatively happy with life because he has a purpose there.
As for the comic itself, I get the strange sense that the title character isn't going to have very much to do with the story he's in. Which is sad, in this case, because I don't recall having heard of Kamandi before, and this miniseries isn't likely to compel me to find out more about the character.
Interesting review, as always. Can't wait for the next.
Something I find odd is that it's supposedly 2101, yet all the cars seen on the surface, from the burning ones when he leaves the bunker to the cab on whatever-it-was street are clearly from the 1950's. What, was there a classic cars show going on *right there* when the 2nd Apocalypse hit?
Love the story and I love that others have done the work for me with the glitch comments and I've still got hope we're goin' win this fight! Linkara is to awesome to stay down!

Why are comic universes' always have a distopian future, it's annoying and not interesting. Great review.

ReplyDeleteNice review, of course, as we all know, the reason the comic wouldn't burn is because it comes from the bowels of hell itself!

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of which, dammit, Linkara, you know better than to punch reality! You just pulled a Superboy-Prime and *caused* the DC reboot!

The Entity is inside 90's Kid. I'll bet my entire fortune of Hostess snack cakes on it ! >=0
ReplyDeleteBtw, as a Canadian, I would just like to say that we are NOWHERE NEAR capable of invading America. Much as I love my country, in all likelihood y'all would kick our asses. lol
ReplyDeleteHuh. G ood review.
ReplyDeleteAs for the glitch, well...I think at this point we might want to HOPE it's the entity. The alternative is another added problem, Like the ships AI going wonky, or the return of another non-biological opponent.
I love that you used shots of Superman: For All Seasons and All-Star Superman while describing what makes Superman great.
ReplyDeleteThese are easily two of my very favorite Superman tales.
DuDe this comic stinks. just kidding this comic rocks!!!!!!! it is so awesome with its guns and all and is so awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteYou really need to deal with your Entity problem...now...before it screws you any further.
ReplyDeleteRegardless, somehow I just saw Kamandi as David Lee Roth whenever I saw him, particularly when he was with "Carol".
ReplyDeleteAs for Kamandi, why not create it? It might not have an established link with other heroes but what's wrong with a new series focused less on improbably dressed vigilantes? For a time soap opera comics were more popular than heroes.
Besides that it looks like you've got a glitch around 24:00. There have been a few of those lately, are you feeling alright?
I'm somewhat ready for the reboot. Flashpoint so far has been eh, but atleast they gave a plausible reason for why some things will change, but others won't.
ReplyDeleteI plan on picking up most of the GL books (especially Red Lanterns), Frankenstein, and some of the other series.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, Kamandi talking to Mother made me think of Orion and Mother Box. It doesn't seem lie a coincidence, since Kamandi and Orion are both Kirby creations.
This is a 2 parter!? I knew of thisz comic excisting because of my copy of Superman at Earth's End stated it was a sequal to this, but I didn't know this was longer than a one shot!
ReplyDeleteOf course our only surviving human heroe of the story is addicted to internet porn... why the hell not!?
ReplyDeleteAlso, your joke execution has gotten excellent recently. I must have laughed for a good minute at 90s Kid simply saying "Dude?!". XD
I'm guessing it was gloss paper, that's why it wouldn't burn =p Or maybe....naaah, the Entity can't be THAT petty, right?
ReplyDeleteSo, been catching up (sorry), and is it bad 90s Kid is rapidly becoming one of my favorite side-characters now?
This whole review was great, I can't pick out my favorite part, really. That being said, you gotta check your blip files. Some of the later videos seem to be off, like a piece of them went missing...
...well. Linkara, you're officially screwed.
I think Masterge77 is on to something... hmm, a "pokemon" so famous, so mysterious, it has broken the bonds of its own reality and begun to glitch other realities into states of unplayability, unlivability.
ReplyDeleteOkay, what is it with revenging the Apocalypse that would appeal to anyone? Both this and the Resident Evil movie sequels have it, and frankly, I don't see it. I mean, if humanity or civilization is on it's way out or facing an extreme uphill battle, what does killing the ones who cause it accomplish? It's a hollow victory because they where gonna die, and the protagonist is gonna die, and this does not really "help" anything. It's a little stupid, but I guess in this story it's justified by Mother probably being evil or something.
ReplyDeleteI can see you......
ReplyDeleteWhat? No "Blame Canada"? (http://youtu.be/vxPRHXgYVlk)
ReplyDeleteEhh, it's bad, but I got to say, compared to some origin stories I've seen on this show, it's not the worse 1st issue. I was thinking about Fallout as I watched this review.
ReplyDelete"I've already won the game." Hm.... Originally thought that the glitches were just nothing, but I see now...
Great review. Loved the callback to the ending of the awesome Superman at Earth's End review (one of my favorite episodes), even though it wasn't the real comic to begin with. That bit was both funny and awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually glad that you're looking into Kamandi at Earth's End, the series that would lead to the hated Superman at Earth's End, still the worst Superman story EVER! I can't wait to see the other issues.
BTW, what comic did you burn instead?
P.S.: What happened in the end? Did you punch the Entity, whatever that turns out to be? I think you need to prepare for the worst . . .
Did you just punch-out the Entity?
ReplyDeleteErm damn Fallout Started to Flash out in my head during this Post Apocalyptic, Super Mutants, Helicopter (Vertibird), His yellow and blue jacket, The Bunker getting opined to early... On the other hand Fallout has a grate many story-lines and a lot of thins that are General in Post Apocalyptic tails like Super Mutants and the Over powered group that survived the End.
ReplyDeleteI disagree about Superman being the most human superhero.
ReplyDeleteHe does have humanity to him but his humanity is a type that doesn't exist anymore. he is just dated.
He is too perfect regardless of what others say and saying that he's the most human is unfair seeing as in this day and age no Human has the a right to be perfect
Yes I can see you, also you haven't won the game; the conductor can't win.
ReplyDeleteAlso Linkara, I'm a bit disappointed, no All Your Base reference for the 2101 line?
Okay, i'm one of the few who seems to actually like some aspects of 90s art, mostly due to Transformers Generation 2, but even I have problems with the stuff here. What in hell was up with Kamandi's legs? Seriously, it looked like they'd been stripped of all muscle and he was wearing tights.
ReplyDeleteI did enjoy watching you repeatedly attempt to set Superman at Earth's End on fire by the way. Proving that there are some comics so bad they'll resist flamethrowers. Not to mention the rest of the review which rightly tore this monstrosity to bits.
Masterge77 Has an interesting theory.
ReplyDeleteI don't really feel aerodactyl or kabutops are all that related to MissingNo., but the evidence is still firm.
ReplyDeleteWas only familiar with the "normal" form up till now XD.
... Oh, right, there was a comic review in this video, wasn't there?
I wonder if that was Superboy Prime's reaction the first time HE punched reality
ReplyDeleteAn underground bunker, a computer program named Mother, and a lone survivor. Am I the only one that immediately thought of The Venture Brothers?
ReplyDeleteHaving not read the comic, one thing I did find interesting from this review was his childish personality. If he grew up in a bubble with so few people as to have a computer as his mother he would have no reason to act mature. That's just my take on it.
ReplyDeleteYou are blind to what lies ahead,
ReplyDeletebefore the end, we'll all have met.
I already won and you did lose.
End's like a bomb with a lit fuse.
The darkness shall embrace you all,
while I'll exist, mankind will fall.
ReplyDeleteAs for the comic itself, I get the strange sense that the title character isn't going to have very much to do with the story he's in. Which is sad, in this case, because I don't recall having heard of Kamandi before, and this miniseries isn't likely to compel me to find out more about the character.
Interesting review, as always. Can't wait for the next.
Here's hoping the Continuity Alarm gets replaced with the Booby Alarm in the near future.
ReplyDeleteI was able to pause it during the credits.
ReplyDelete"I've already won the game"...
The Entity's still out there.
wait so you sent more money on superman at earths end... don't you mean you lose cuz you had to send twice as much on it?
ReplyDeleteMan your storylines suck.
ReplyDeletei enjoy his storylines. If you don't like them, explain why you dislike them don't just say i don't like this. That doesn't help make it better
ReplyDeleteSomething I find odd is that it's supposedly 2101, yet all the cars seen on the surface, from the burning ones when he leaves the bunker to the cab on whatever-it-was street are clearly from the 1950's. What, was there a classic cars show going on *right there* when the 2nd Apocalypse hit?
ReplyDeleteLove the story and I love that others have done the work for me with the glitch comments and I've still got hope we're goin' win this fight! Linkara is to awesome to stay down!
ReplyDeleteI have a question that's actually related to your show this time: How far in advance do you write the scripts for your reviews and plot developments?

Uh-oh. It's spreading...
