The last time you were at Youmacon was the ONE YEAR I didn't go, so I am SUPER PSYCHED to see you coming again this year. I WILL see you there, sir. Although I will probably just end up attempting to convince you to watch Tiger and Bunny...
(Seriously, that anime is one of the best Western-style superhero stories I have ever seen)
Wow an TGWTG convention I could actually attend (I didn't think Maryland did conventions) anyway I'll see if I can get off work that day it's 40 mins from my house but we'll see
I've been to the past 5 MAGFests, and it's my favorite convention by far. It's getting overrun by anime people nowadays, but I'll still patronize it as long as Brendan Becker runs the show. See you there, L3.
Areoborg: Isn't it obvious? The apartment is Linkara's TARDIS. It's bigger on the inside, though apparently not impenetrable for extradimensional entities.
Very glad to hear that you will be returning to MAGfest. I look forward to meeting you again!
I also look forward to less elevator party! This hotel is much larger then the last years one, and has more elevators available in different locations so that these "parties" can be avoided.
For those of you new to this venue. It is the same hotel that hosted katsucon for the past 2 years.
Cool. Shame I can't make it, but good for you.

YAAY.
ReplyDeleteOutstanding, gonna go to Youmacon for the first time since it started in 2005, gonna be amazing. Wish I could go to MAGFest, too, but oh well.
ReplyDeleteSay, Lewis, what's your opinion on the made-for-tv sequel, "The Last Days of Patton"?

ReplyDeleteLiz will be going as well I assume?
Magfest closes that I know you guys coming to where live in New Jersey. I wish I could make it down.
ReplyDeleteIll be there! I was sad you couldn't make it last year.
ReplyDeleteOut of sheer curiosity, what made you want to make a more accurate King Arthur costume?
ReplyDeleteNooo! Damn the fact that I live in California!
ReplyDeleteOh well. Guess I can settle for Comikaze in LA. Apparently Stan Lee's going to make an appearance, that might be interesting.
I'm really looking forward to your live shows though! Hope to see them soon. Excelsior to you, sir!
First time in my life, I wish my gramps stayed in the U.S. back then :< Than I could come see you and the others.
ReplyDeleteNovember 3 is my birthday. I want to come to both
ReplyDeleteTo Youmacon!
ReplyDeleteOn an unrelated note, Linkara must have the largest apartment in the world, with so many different characters living there.
:D
Looks like fun wish I could make it to stuff like this!

ReplyDeleteLinkara, do you remember when you said you would review stuff like "The Battle for Bludhaven", and you never did, why not?

ReplyDeleteJust got put off in favor of talking about other stuff. I'll see if I can fit it into the schedule for 2012. ^_^
Ah, I'd love to go but both of them are far away. Ah well, there's always Wondercon in San Francisco.
ReplyDeleteHave you considered going to Wondercon?

ReplyDeleteDefinitely looking forward to seeing you again this year.
