Amityville 4...what the...my gods Linkara. You've been completely misleading us this whole time. Forget About It Panda was right: you ARE really a lamp reviewer!
There have been a few people looking for the lamp prop from Amity 4, but have been unsuccessful in finding it so far.
However, the house exteriors used in the TV movie still exists. You can find the house at Santa Paula, California. And the house isn't by a ocean, but the Santa Paula freeway. And you can see it for a second by the freeway. The original Amityville house used for outside shots is in Wilmington, Los Angeles, CA.
To sort of add to laughing Hyena's post the exterior shots of the amityville house in Amityville 4 were a mockup of an existing house in california (notice that the house is closer to the street in this chapter apparently the demon can move the house around too). I also like Amityville 4 its not great but it aint bad either.
I never saw either of these but I do think the 4th sounds good kind of neutered though! The plot and the way it looks from the scenes you showed here makes it look like an RL Stine movie from the 90s for kids! Well, except for the chainsaw bit that'd been too much for those movies! As for the 3D one that one looks pretty cheesy bad! And the demon looks like a CHUD! Another great franchise for you to tackle if you continue to do this show past Amityville!
Great, now thanks to this I have an evil toaster to contend with on a webpage...but, on the other hand, as TvTropes pointed out, it does make porkchop nights exceedingly cheaper. :-p

Evil Lamp just ain't Evil Lamp without the 60s Penguin impression.
ReplyDeleteEvil fly seems funnier than evil lamp.
ReplyDeleteBTW: not a fan of any Seth McFarlane show, try to avoid using the references.
