I must say, the new art for Lightbringer is interesting. Can't wait to see more. :)
HOORAY! I can die happy now that Lightbringer's back!
Wow, this new artist is awesome, Lewis :D
Damn you, Lovhaug.
I was elsewhere the whole week and dreamed up a great new superhero in a Tarantino-esque black suit, white shirt and a black tie, a kick-ass top hat and a cane. Oh, and he had a cool name too.
"Gentleman".
Then I come home and think that maybe I oughta do a webcomic. Very pleased with myself, I check out Lightbringer, and I swear, I had never read it before, at least none of the older comics. And there's my Gentleman as a villain in your comic, almost the exact same costume and everything.
So, like I said, damn you, Lovhaug.
Though I'll probably do the comic anyway when/if I have the time and the energy. Everybody'll probably accuse me of ripping off Lightbringer but they can come and carbon date my sketches and check my site history for all I care.
Anyway, the new artist's great and it seems that I'll have to start reading this, in case there's something more to rip off. I mean, uh, I came up first with.
Okay, I had to comment again. After posting the last comment I went back to the Lightbringer site and scrolled through the "Cast" section. And there's The Smiling Man.
Gentleman's archvillain was supposed to be THE HAPPY MAN!
He's nothing like your Smiling Man but still, it's kind of annoying to notice that two of my brainchilds are actually someone else's, let alone noticing both inside fifteen minutes. I think I'll have to divorce my brain.
Go right ahead and do your story, webcomic and all. I'll accuse you of nothing. ^_~
On that note, Lewis, I had this idea for a superhero of my own. He's called the Northern Light, and the funny thing is, his secret identity's first name is Carter. But other than that, no other coincidences. Just wanted to share that, with all those comments above... :)
