It's kind of hard not to believe in ghosts and other supernatural phenomena when you live in a world where they are very real; I mean Cap occasionally has dealings with Doc Strange and other heroes who deal with these things on a more regular basis. Then again specters of this nature are still pretty rare.
Still I'd love to see a story where the hero is perhaps not quick to accept that a haunting is real but figures it's at least worth considering.
hmm you know I kinda like the idea of the good doctor getting strangled.
That last line for the ending was great by the way.
I wonder what is the finally going to be? maybe another Freddy vs Jason vs Ash?? Naw I doubt it, I bet you really got something up your sleeve, well cape uh Moarte? hahaha..
A good Horror Captain America Comic I would recommend for next year is Captain America 253 and 254. its a nice two parter by fame writer Roger Stern, who's responsible for one of the best Captain America runs. it deals with a murder mystery involving the Nazi Vampire, Baron Blood. its on the trade War and Rememberance.
Oh Have fun at Youmacon by the way.
Whoa, didn't think this happened. I'm getting that trade.
Well even though Halloween is gonna be crap in my town due to rain, I hope tommorow is awesome and this review is very good.
And I have to admit, I kind of had a feeling that Moarte had a guilty pleasure much like 90's Kid has Care Bears and Harvey Finevoice has Pokémon. And the fact that Moarte actually likes Captain America despite a dislike over the "capes and costumes crowd"...the least that I expected ,but at the same time pretty funny.
Also, Moarte singing. Suddenly I can picture Maven fantasizing about she and Moarte singing Phantom of the Opera while in reality Moarte is utterly confused on why she's singing to herself.
Not following Longbox too much but if there's an actual super, I'll take a watch. It'd be great if you did a series of Christmas comics in this format. I'm only getting a PSA on Blip. I hope you get paid for those.
I'd also suggesting checking out Invaders Classic Vol. 1. In Issues 9 and 10, the Invaders face a vampire in World War 2.
I have a recommendation for next year's Longbox. Since you did Uzumaki a few years a go, why not Another By Yukito Ayatsuji. It's got a Manga version.
